Highlight : This two-story residence with extensive living area, 4 bedrooms with connected balconies and huge lawn area is designed with NEOCLASSICAL ARCHITECTURAL style in mind. This is characterized by grandeur of scale, simplicity of geometric forms, Greek - especially Doric or Roman detail, dramatic use of columns, and a preference for blank walls.The palacian theme, with its uncluttered appearance often features full-height front porches topped with front lawn.

Highlight : This two-storey residence reflects modern architecture which has a dramatic cantilever on its first floor that extends above the party area. The house's cantilevered upper storey is supported by a lightweight W - shaped metal columns.This residential second home, has large glass windows that offer panoramic views of its surroundings.As well as referencing the surrounding natural contour forms, we chose locally sourced materials to make up the body of the house, and a limited color palette for the exterior to ensure that the property blended into its surroundings.

Highlight : The concept was chosen to give depth to the simple act of arranging spaces – to evoke a sense of curiosity through the layering of courts and gardens amongst regular rooms. All requirements posed by the client - a house connected with nature, exalting pleasant vibes, and one that is simple to perceive.
The idea was cleverly applied in two ways to make the imposing structure emote better - conceptual and perceptual layering.
The geometry, heights, and volumes are composed to create the basic form of the structure and how it is perceived from different distances, angles, and viewpoints.

Highlight : This hotel is designed in a manner that allows a series of experiences to its visitors. Curve staircase allows punctuated volumes that form the building, the sculpted free flowing entrance lobby, restaurants with bar, second floor with banquet and semi-open swimming pool, and variety of rooms each are created with their own distinct identity and experience.
